Creek 'n Woods IV

We hosted our first reunion of my siblings and husbands siblings meeting for the first time. Everyone loved the cabin, the property, the views, the location! We could not have asked for a more perfect place to hold such a gathering. All who came were comfortably accommodated with this cabin. All in all we had over 25 people we entertained, not at same time mind you. Some came others went, it was a smooth flow once we got everyones dates set so we didn’t have everyone at once. The cabin was nicely done with a lodge feel and everything you could think of for amenities. You don’t have to bring anything but your clothes! It only has 4 bedrooms so be sure you understand that, but has 7 beds when pullout couches are included. We understood that and brought air matresses to use as pullout couches are notorious for not being the most comfortable to sleep on in any set up. This worked nicely. It is coolest on lower living area which made for some wonderful sleeping. Shower in main suite is sluggish at times, depending on if water is being used in other area of the cabin. Shower works great downstairs. It is amazingly quiet at this cabin. We took a walk the 2nd night and once we got a few yards could hear the party in one of the lower cabins having a great time, but could not be heard from our cabin and vise versa. This was good to know. We stayed up until just after midnight every night since some of the siblings are musicians and were our entertainment and was nice to know we were not bothering the other cabin groups.  It is an amazing property,Tom and Sue are wonderful and will make you feel at home immediately. They provide sweets for your group to make it special. I can’t really say enough good things about this rental, other than if you are looking for a nice place for a large group to enjoy a wonderful setting, do it! Rent this cabin. You will not be disapointed.
